Job Description
- Build the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with our company objectives.
- Analyze financial performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives through advanced financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investments, identify cost efficiencies and assess risks.
- Drive process improvements, implement automation tools and enhance financial analysis systems.
- Deliver high-impact reports and presentations to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (master’s degree or certifications like CFA/CPA/CMA/FPAC are a plus).
- Experience: 5 years in FP&A or related fields, with proven expertise in corporate finance and financial modeling.
- Experience in real estate is a must
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to details and exceptional communication skills.
