Job Description
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending offers.
- Preparing and signing the reservation form.
- A commitment to excellent sells.
- Preparing MPR
- Answering client questions about payment terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Attending conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
- Market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the team on pricing strategy and account management implementation plans.
- Develop organized and differentiated offerings.
- Documents full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, including won and lost reasons.
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Manage a well-qualified and consistent sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in Sales
- Experience of working with retailers, resellers, factory sales is a must
- Strong Sales, Operational & CRM background
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- English language: Fluent both written and spoken
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
